Thermal oxidation & exhaust gas combustion

Thermal post-combustion is an environmentally-friendly, safe flue-gas cleaning method for organic substances.

In this case, hydrocarbons are generally oxidised to CO2 and H2O at high temperatures. As for pollutant types which are present in industry, however, additional oxidation products such as SO2, HCl and NOX can be used.

Thanks to its technology (e.g. low NOX burners, CFD simulation, etc.), CS Combustion Solutions offers the ability to constantly comply with or keep under control the required emission values in accordance with statutory provisions.

Based on CS many years of experience, even the most complex systems can be implemented, and highly toxic substances such as category B and C biological weapons disposed of.

In addition, CS has numerous reference systems where thermal post-combustion processes with downstream waste heat recovery have been implemented to optimise plant efficiency.
